business...especially ours. Votion is focused on client and customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer acquisition. Due to our explosive growth, we are hiring and training individuals in customer service, business development, sales and marketing, and/or customer interaction experience. We are looking for an individual to learn from the bottom up in this entry:level position. Our firm specializes in brand marketing, with several opportunities for career development in all departments.
Customer Service Representative duties include (but are not limited to):
* Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
* Participation in morning meetings including: role:play scenarios and product knowledge
* Representing the client and its brand to potential customers
* Relationship building with consumers and clients
**This is not an administrative, IT, or telemarketing position.
Less than 8 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic technical proficiency
Leadership experience is a plus
